The scene is set

You will be seated at our tables and chairs or the comfy chairs under the apple tree by the fire with tray tables for a more relaxed option.
Your host will greet you with our Signature Pani Puri Shot and canapés that will be served to your table.
While you take in the atmosphere

Fragrant Pilau Rice, Ruby Murray, Tandoori Chicken, Lemon Dhal, Kachumba, Raita & not forgetting the soft chapatti arrives in your individual Ruby tiffin. Just like an Indian lunch would be served.
The food extravaganza has begun

Your popadoms and chutneys are next to arrive, shortly followed by the starter mouth watering and light to compliment the rest of the feast.
Whilst you take in the ambiance

We will serve the dessert, Indian Rice Pudding with Vanilla, Pistachio Nuts and a hint of rose. Or go for a refreshing Rose, Mango and Lime Sorbet.
